Terms & Conditions – WeParcel Logistics & Courier Services

By booking, shipping, or availing any services from WeParcel Logistics & Courier Services (hereinafter referred to as "WeParcel"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all courier, logistics, and franchise services provided by WeParcel.
1.2 WeParcel reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
1.3 All customers, senders, receivers, and franchise partners are bound by these terms upon availing our services.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

2.1 All service charges, delivery charges, and franchise fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2 Once a parcel is booked or a franchise fee is paid, the amount will not be refunded, even in cases of delay or cancellation.
2.3 No compensation will be provided for delivery delays, as delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 While WeParcel strives to deliver parcels within the expected timeframe, deliveries may take longer than anticipated due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, operational delays, or government restrictions.
3.2 WeParcel will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages caused by delivery delays.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The parcel’s packaging is found to be physically damaged or broken at the time of delivery.
    4.2 The customer must provide valid photographic/video evidence of the damaged packaging within 24 hours of delivery for the refund request to be considered.
    4.3 In case of an approved refund, the refund amount will be limited to the delivery charges paid for that shipment only.

5. Franchise Terms

5.1 All payments made towards WeParcel’s franchise model are strictly non-refundable.
5.2 WeParcel is not liable for any business losses, operational expenses, or revenue shortfalls of the franchise.

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 WeParcel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods caused by:

  • Acts of God, accidents, theft, fire, flood, or natural disasters.

  • Delays due to third-party courier partners or government actions.
    6.2 WeParcel’s total liability, in any case, will not exceed the delivery charges paid for the affected shipment.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [Insert City Name, e.g., Noida] Arbitration Centre only.
7.2 The decision of the Arbitration Centre shall be final and binding on all parties.
