- Reverse logistics and Return to Origin (RTO)
- Warehousing and fulfillment services
- Air cargo and surface transport
Weparcel may use third-party courier partners to complete deliveries.
2. User Responsibilities
Users of Weparcel.in services agree to:
- Provide accurate shipment details and receipent information.
- Properly package all shipments to prevent damage.
- Ensure the shipment contents comply with applicable laws.
- Pay all applicable shipping, COD, and service charges.
The user shall be solely responsible for any incorrect information or improper packaging.
3. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Users are strictly prohibited from shipping the following items through Weparcel:
- Illegal or banned goods
- Hazardous materials or explosives
- Narcotics or controlled substances
- Counterfeit goods
- Currency, precious metals, or jewelry without declaration
- Firearms or weapons
- Any item prohibited under Indian law
Weparcel.in reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or cancel shipments suspected of containing prohibited items.
4. Shipping Charges and Payments
All shipments are subject to applicable charges including but not limited to:
- Forward shipping charges
- COD handling charges
- Return to Origin (RTO) charges
- Weight discrepancy charges
- Remote area delivery charges
- Warehousing or storage charges
Charges are determined as per the agreed rate card or applicable service pricing.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For shipments marked as COD:
- Weparcel.in will collect payment from the consignee upon delivery.
- COD funds will be remitted to the seller after deduction of applicable charges or as decided with seller.
- COD settlement timelines may vary depending on operational conditions.
- Weparcel.in shall not be responsible for customer disputes, fraudulent orders, or product-related complaints.
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines provided by Weparcel.in are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors including:
- Weather conditions
- Transportation disruptions
- Government regulations
- Operational limitations
Weparcel.in shall not be liable for losses resulting from such delays.
7. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:
- Customer refusal
- Incorrect address
- Non-availability of the recipient
The shipment will be returned to the seller under the RTO policy, and applicable RTO charges will apply.
8. Liability and Claims
Weparcel.in shall exercise reasonable care in handling shipments. However:
- Weparcel's liability for lost or damaged shipments shall be limited to the declared value or Rs. 5,000 per shipment, whichever is lower unless additional insurance is purchased.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of shipment status update.
- Weparcel.in shall not be liable for damages caused by improper packaging, natural disasters, force majeure events, or government restrictions.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
Weparcel.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Users violate these Terms & Conditions
- Illegal or prohibited goods are shipped
- Fraudulent activities are detected
- Payments remain overdue

All content on this website including logos, text, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Weparcel.in and may not be used without written permission.
